What data we process

Depending on how you contact us or use the service, we may process:

1. Data you give us on the site: name, email, phone, and the text of your enquiry.
2. Account data on the platform: the business identity, team users, and the product, order, and customer information the business enters in order to operate.
3. Data that arrives through the Meta app, only if you or your business connect it: account identifier, name, email if you authorize it, WhatsApp number, the content of messages sent or received through that integration, and the technical identifiers needed to keep the connection.
4. Technical data from the site: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, so the site works and for security.

What we use it for

We use it to answer enquiries, provide and maintain the service, send notices you asked for (for example, an order status on WhatsApp), charge and invoice, meet legal duties, and protect the account. We do not sell your information.

If you reply STOP to a WhatsApp notice, we stop sending you that kind of notice.

Who we share it with

We share it with whoever provides infrastructure so we can run the service and, when a message goes out on WhatsApp, with Meta Platforms as the delivery channel. We do not hand it over for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep it while the account is active and for as long as we need to answer your request. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period Argentine law requires. The rest is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, or when you ask for deletion.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, update, or deletion of your data, under Personal Data Protection Law 25.326. The enforcement authority is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública.

Data deletion

These are the steps to ask us to delete the data Tendeo holds about you, including data obtained through the Meta app. Removing the app in Facebook settings (Settings and privacy, Apps and websites) does not by itself delete what is already stored in Tendeo: you need to ask with these steps.

1. Write to [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion”.
2. Include your name and the email or phone you used with Tendeo. If the request is about the Meta app, add your Facebook account identifier or your WhatsApp number.
3. You can also call +5493414497654, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
4. We confirm we received it by email. We delete or anonymize your account data and the data linked to the Meta app within 5 business days, except what we must keep because of a legal duty.
5. We email you when the request is done.
